The Quest for Solitude

As strange as it may seem this Deviation [link] inspired my latest work. When I first saw the thumbnail of this piece, the full view wasn't at all what I had imagined, but it gave me an idea that I just had to fullfil.

I call this The Quest for Solitude. I guess you couldn't get more solitude than on a deserted ruin in the middle of the sea. I made the mistake of letting my husband tell me what he thought. He was quite determined that there should be steps or a bridge or SOMETHING so that people could get to it. But that was kind of what I was trying to avoid. SO, I thought that it would be good if the only way the Wizard could get to his home would be via Dragon

Anyway, hope you enjoy it. It was a nice piece to create - oddly calming.
